Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We use calculated shipping rates. Shipping rates/options for your order will be displayed when you add an item(s) to your cart. Estimated deliver time will also be displayed for each type of shipping option.

Local Pick Up/Delivery

Arrangement for local pickup/delivery is available for free for orders over $30 within the local downtown Olive Hill area. For orders under $30, we charge $5 for local delivery.

Deliveries/pickups are by appointment only. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to arrange an appointment time and place.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

On returnable items, we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. NOT ALL ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE- please refer to our full Return & Refund Policies page for details.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo(s) of the item’s condition. Phone: 606-315-6141.
